Mission:

To pursue interdisciplinary research and partnership opportunities that promote the aggressive use of cyber-infrastructure.

The Academy promotes interdisciplinary research opportunities in telecommunications, computational science, and large data applications through partnerships across campus and the community. Current partners include the Internet2 Technology Evaluation Center; the Institute for Scientific Computation; the Brazos Cluster; the Laboratory for Molecular Simulations; the High-Energy Physics Group; the Initiative for Digital Humanities, Media, and Culture; and the psychology department.
