Center for Agricultural Air Quality Engineering and Science

Mission:
To provide research, technology transfer, and educational programs that result in appropriate regulation of agricultural operations; rapid adoption of new air pollution abatement technology; and increase the number of graduates pursuing careers in environmental air quality fields.
The Center for Agricultural Air Quality Engineering and Science (CAAQES) provides science-based research results to address agricultural air quality problems and to provide appropriate procedures used by regulatory agencies. Faculty conduct research and develop educational programs for technology transfer. The research results serve as the science and engineering base for the appropriate regulation of air pollution.
