Mission:

To engage Texas A&M faculty and students in multidisciplinary collaborations that advance geospatial technology solutions for addressing scientific and practical problems that promote geospatial innovations in partnership with government and industry.

The Center for Geospatial Science, Applications and Technology (GEOSAT) represents a learning environment to develop and grow the geospatial technology enterprise at Texas A&M. The Center is involved with geospatial research and education activities that make use of sensor, data collection, analysis, modeling, visualization, and high-performance computing technologies to address multi-disciplinary problems. Center outreach activities foster technology transfer and assist groups in applied problem solving and capacity building.
