Energy Systems Laboratory

The Energy Systems Laboratory (ESL) develops innovative energy technologies and systems and commercializes affordable results for industry. The ESL currently focuses on Continuous Commissioning® (CC®) of buildings and thermal plants; determining the environmental benefits of reduced energy use; developing a disruptive membrane-based air conditioning technology; technical support and assistance to the air moving industry; providing Department of Energy funded industrial energy audits; disseminating knowledge through conferences; and educating undergraduate and graduate students with academic and practical hands-on training.
