Mission:

To foster and disseminate policy-oriented research on international affairs by supporting faculty and student research, hosting international speakers and major scholarly conferences, and providing grants to outside researchers to use the holdings of the Bush Library.

The Scowcroft Institute of International Affairs (SIIA) is a research institute that brings together existing and new programs at the Bush School of Government & Public Service. The International Affairs Seminar Series, Lenore and Francis Humphries International Speakers Series, William and Dianne Moss-Scowcroft Lecture, Ansary Foreign Policy Conference Series, and Lone Star National Security Forum, bring together leading scholars to discuss various topics of interest. SIIA also facilitates research by outside scholars and supports international affairs research.
