The Texas Center for Applied Technology (TCAT) pursues enterprising research projects that fulfill client needs while inserting new technologies into society that promote economic growth and an improved quality of life. The Center assembles teams utilizing the best TCAT technical staff, industry and government partners, and faculty and students from various education institutions to fulfill client needs while inserting new technologies into society. TCAT promotes economic growth and an improved way of life by implementing a spectrum of activities including basic and applied research, development and prototyping, and application.
