VIDEO: What does it take to find dark matter? Knowledge, skill and much patience

In theory, most of the cosmos is made of dark matter. However, scientists cannot see dark matter or prove that it exists. A research team at Texas A&M University, led by physicist Rupak Mahapatra, hopes to provide that proof. The team is building a device to detect dark matter as it passes through Earth.
