Since 2007, the Space Food Research Facility at Texas A&M University has prepared more than fifty menu items for US astronauts, including this year’s Thanksgiving feast. In this video, Chancellor John Sharp of The Texas A&M University System learns how this is accomplished from former astronaut Bonnie Dunbar, a professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering, and food scientist Ben O’Neil from JES Tech in Houston.
