DARPA Forward at Texas A&M: Registration ends on Nov. 4 to attend in-person; regional conference will accept no walk-ins

DARPA Forward: Advancing the Horizons of National Security, a regional conference at Texas A&M University, will close in-person registration  on Friday, Nov. 4, at 4 p.m. Central.

No walk-ins will be accepted during the conference. Organizers also reserve the right to close registration early if DARPA Forward reaches its capacity.

Registration for virtual attendance will end on Tuesday, Nov. 8, at 4 p.m. Central.

DARPA Forward will be held Nov. 15-16, 2022, at the Texas A&M Hotel & Conference Center. The conference is one of six regional events presented by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) at major research universities across the United States during 2022.

General attendance is $350 for the two-day conference, $275 for faculty, researchers, students and other academic representatives as well as for Defense Department employees. Participants may also attend virtually for $25 per conference event.

DARPA Director Stephanie Tompkins will provide opening remarks.

The conference will include presentations, demonstrations, briefings and panel discussions as well as networking events. Representatives from DARPA, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Department of Defense, private companies and major U.S. research universities including Texas A&M will be featured.

The conference has set aside a room block at the Texas A&M Hotel & Conference Center. Reservations are due by Thursday, Sept. 29.
