Gabriella Keanaaina coordinates the limited submissions program, liaising with sponsors, system members, and investigators. Keanaaina plans logistical and administrative support, identifying opportunities and supporting the internal review and selection process.
Before joining Texas A&M, Keanaaina was the administrative head of the Geology and Geochemistry department at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), where she led a team of research administrators and oversaw departmental research administration. Keanaaina was the division’s lead grants manager and served on several division and campus committees, focusing on streamlining administrative processes and improving compliance with federal regulations. Keanaaina holds an MBA from the Franciscan University of Steubenville and a BA in Social Sciences from Colorado State University Pueblo.
